Where we came from – our pedigree?
Our team have a vast depth of knowledge in school business management and education HR. That’s our pedigree… In fact, our Managing Director worked as a school business manager/consultant for 7 years before setting up FusionHR in 2011. Our leaders have all worked in education for many years and understand the full breadth of people and business challenges in schools.
Our Group – bringing everything under one roof!
We have been around for a while, and now support over 1000 schools and 100 MATs, but we have now decided to fuse both our services and software products under one group name – FEPS – Fusion Education People Solutions – providing the full wrap around, end to end solution for all schools and trusts. FusionHR
Started in 2011 by our founder, Managing Director, Kathryn Birch.
FusionHR support over 400 schools, Trusts and organisations nationally with Human Resources (HR) and Health & Safety Services. With a team of HR education specialists our team offer both commercial advice and a safe pair of hands.
We provide unlimited advice, personalised and proactive on-site support including HR Audits. Our full range of services includes HR & Legal Services, Employment & Contracts Service, Training, Health & Wellbeing Services, Recruitment & DBS, Health & Safety and Consultancy Services eg. Investigations, Academy Conversions for Schools and Disciplinaries so all your HR needs are taken care of in one place.
We believe that outstanding schools and successful organisations are built on the quality of their people. Our people become your people. We work as a team helping to support your organisation and achieve your objectives.

SAM
Launched in 2015 by our sister company FusionHR.
Helping clients reduce staff absence and save money through our Staff Absence Management (SAM) software built by our education HR specialists for schools and MATs.

Launched in January 2021 on the back of our success with SAM.
Holistic HRIS school improvement tool. We know everything there is to know about education HR, so we decided to launch a fully integrated HRIS people solution. SAM can also be purchased as part of SAMpeople.

FACE-Ed
Launched in June 2021 to complement our suite of people software tools.
For efficient, streamlined safer recruitment look no further than our bespoke education recruitment software, FACE-Ed – Fusion of Application Checks Exclusively for Education. FACE-Ed automates the whole recruitment and onboarding process.
