How we support the community?

There are many ways that we contribute to charity. One of the ways is through financial contributions, we choose a charity that we feel makes an impact and is aligned with our vision and values. The team then brainstorm ideas as to how we can raise money. Our favoured method is a bake sale (who doesn’t love cake) but we also do sponsored walks, runs, tombola’s and many more.

At FEPS we support charities local and worldwide by spreading awareness and encouraging others to get involved. This can include sharing information about charities on social media, organising a fundraising event, or simply talking to friends and family about the importance of giving back!

Why?

There are many benefits to supporting a charity. First and foremost, it allows you to make a positive impact on the world and help others in need. Whether you’re donating money, volunteering your time, or simply spreading awareness, your contributions can make a real difference in the lives of others.

It can also help you connect with others who share your values and beliefs, and give you a chance to work towards a common goal. Finally, supporting a charity can be a great way to learn more about the world and the issues facing different communities, and to become more informed and engaged in the world around you.

The FEPS way!

Our vision – we have a strong belief in our purpose which is….

To create better futures for our children through innovative people solutions.

At FEPS we have chosen to support specific charities because we feel a personal connection with them. We want to give back to the community at FEPS we feel fulfilment in supporting charities that have an impact on the society. We feel all of the charities visions are aligned with our vision.

FEPS Charties of the Year!

Fusion Education People Solutions wanted to make a diffrence this year. We decided that we wanted to support two charties specifically this year. We asked everyone in the business for any suggestions of charties that they feel passionate about. After an incredible response from the team we were able to narrow this down to a small selection of charties that were nominated. Once this was confirmed we held a business wide vote to decide who we would support this year.
