This virtual discussion will be an opportunity to come together to share experience that relate specifically to employee wellbeing strategies, past experiences, current issues and emerging trends. The session will also be an opportunity to discuss the steps required to achieve the Staff Wellbeing Charter.
Lucy Hutton, Head of Partnerships and Claire Owen, HR Consultant, from FusionHR will help to facilitate the session and will collate and summarise examples and experiences to share with the group on the Facebook site (Document Section). FusionHR can also provide input by explaining their own experiences of supporting almost 1000 schools across the UK with HR issues (both HR service and HR software).
To enable a group discussion the platform will allow cameras and microphones to be switched on (or off if you’d prefer!).
