Join leading consultant, inspiring presenter and self-described ‘resilience ninja’ Jaz Ampaw – Farr as she looks at how school and MAT leaders can be 10% braver in 2021. Jaz will take you on an action-packed transformational journey around increasing bravery, impact and influence. In the session you will learn:

Jaz is a literacy and government advisor who combined with her commitment to empower education leaders, delivers engaging and resourceful sessions. You may recognise Jaz from the BBC spelling show Hard Spell Abbey or, more recently, as a former candidate on The Apprentice. As a former teacher, writer and international speaker, corporate training facilitator and founder of Everyday Heroes, Jaz engages and galvanises educators into embracing the difference that they can make when they put being a human first too. She helps people go beyond box-ticking Wellbeing and helps them to embed ambitious resilience to increase their impact.
