Sue has over 14 years of experience of working within health and management fields, and uses this knowledge in her role as Director of Wellbeing at We are Wellbeing. Sue has both Bachelors and Masters level degrees in Physiology (Bristol university) and Public Management (Warwick Business School). This coupling of medical and business knowledge allows her to train business managers to be more aware of the impacts of ill-health and sub-optimal wellbeing on performance, and ultimately staff turnover.
