I’ve worked at FusionHR as a Saturday girl and then as an Apprentice since 2014. The company has supported me to enhance my knowledge, understanding and skills so much over the last 8 years. In this time, I’m achieved two NVQ’s, a CIPD Level 3 certificate in HRM, a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in HRM and I’m trained as a Safer Recruitment Accredited Trainer. Since day one I’ve been exposed to so many different elements of the company, from assisting in Finance, assisting in the design and testing of SAM, clerking for meetings, attending employment law briefings and now advising our clients. We work through the challenges as a team and support each other as best as we can, to achieve the best outcome for our clients and company. If anyone is looking for an organisation to support them in a career change or getting into the workforce, this is a good place to start!
I was fortunate to have watched the journey of Kathy and the Fusion team from a distance when working at TES, and was able to experience first hand, their genuine empathy with all things Education. When Kathy asked me to join her and the Fusion/FEPS team on the next stage of the journey, it was a very easy decision to make.

I started at Fusion Education People Solutions in May 2022 and it was the best decision I made. The office environment is lovely and even on interview I felt welcomed, everyone was friendly and approachable. There is always a positive attitude in the office, and everyone is always ready to help each other. Even a week in I felt like I had been there forever!
I work within the marketing team who are the best group of colleagues, no question is too silly, and they always provide me with the support I need. I came from outside education, so the role has been challenging but I have thoroughly enjoyed getting stuck in and learning so much. I began my journey with FEPS in mid-August 2022 and it’s been a great experience so far. All the team made me feel very welcome and part of the family from the first day. As I undertook a new role in the company my work and responsibilities will be constantly changing and evolving, every step of the way I’ve been included in this process of how to move forward together. I currently work as a Senior HR Business Partner having commenced my journey with Fusion Education People Solutions in 2017 as a HR Advisor.
What initially enticed me to apply for a role with FEPS was the knowledge and sincerity that shone through my very first interaction with the company as a candidate enquiring about a vacancy.
